I just got through assembling this clothes rack, and I'm already very pleased with it. I like the idea of using clothes racks instead of built in ones, but the ones I've had previously weren't exactly great examples. I just moved all the garments from the cheap-o one I've been using, and the difference couldn't be greater. For one thing, once it was loaded with all the clothes it could comfortably fit without causing wrinkles, you couldn't even roll it. this one is currently holding all of that, with all kinds of empty space available for more, and rolls smoothly as it did with nothing on it.

At first, the $50 price tag might seem off-putting, but with some products you really do get what you pay for. It has two fabric shelves at the botttom, which souinds flimsy, but that is some pretty stout fabric. The construction and joining method of the frame is much better than the other one. Where the old one bent and swayed when I tried to drag it across the room, this one is solid and the frame stays firm. I did worry about the weight; the cheap aluminum one wouldn't roll after it was loaded, and I thought the iron would make that worse, but honestly, it doesn't make any negative difference at all. This rack is head and shoulders above its predecessor (literally and figuratively, lol) and worth every penny. In fact, I've already got another one ordered.

There was a little learning curve in the assembly, but once I saw the whole picture, it went smoothly. There wre some extra screws in the parts bag, and I triple checked to make sure that I didn't miss any connections, so they even thought to inlude the extras in case I dropped one.
