Some racks are designed to move. This one is designed to stay. We built it for the corner of the bedroom where the closet used to be — or where the closet was always going to be, before someone decided open shelving was more honest. Two storage shelves means you can keep folded sweaters at the bottom and a basket of socks on the middle deck, while the double rods carry dresses or shirts overhead. We weighted the legs so it stays still when a sleeve catches in passing. We made it for the room that has settled, not the room that's about to change.
